| Mr. Victor Tan is responsible for the overall operations of the Group. He was the co-founder of Kimtrans Singapore Pte Ltd which subsequently transferred its business operations to the Company. He implemented major changes to the Company, bringing its service and productivity to a higher level. Equipped with sound knowledge and experience in building engineering, Mr. Victor Tan successfully carried out the overseeing of the building of the Sembawang Kimtrans Logistics Centre and the Group’s mega-warehouse at Jalan Buroh. |

Mr Dennis Seen Kok Beng |

| Prior to joining the Company in January 2006, Mr. Dennis Seen was the Vice-President (Commercial) for Aetos Security Management Pte Ltd where he led and managed the business units of the Unarmed Guard Division as well as the Training & Consultancy. Mr. Seen was previously an Army Colonel with the Singapore Armed Forces, with 29 years of leadership and managerial skills in various command and staff appointments. He holds a Master of Business Administration (UWA, Australia) and was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2005. |

Mr Ho Kee Sin |

| Mr. Ho Kee Sin joined Sembawang Kimtrans in 2006 to start up the Freight Forwarding business and has helped the company built it from scratch into a successful multi-million dollar division within 2 years. Prior to joining the Company, he had held various management positions in Maersk, BT and SingTel. Kee Sin holds a Masters of Business Administration (MSM, Maastricht). |

| Mr Joe Garbellini has been with the Toll Group in various management positions in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore since 1997, covering the areas of operations, commercial and strategy. Prior to taking up his current role, Joe was the Group General Manager of Toll Rail in New Zealand where he was a member of the Toll New Zealand Executive team. His areas of responsibilty included rail operations, rail design and rail vehicle manufacture and maintenance. Joe holds a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. |

Mr Barry Clark |

| Barry has had a lifetime working in the automotive industry, including as Regional CEO of a significant global tier one component manufacturer. Barry joined the Toll Group as GM, Component Logistics - Toll Autologistics back in 2005, and was appointed Division GM - Toll Autologistics in 2007. Under his guidance, Toll have developed a capability for highly complex just in time service including sub-assembly; and entered the China market, where the team have developed strong relationships with major local vehicle manufacturers. |
