| Mr. Paul Little is the Managing Director of Toll Holdings Limited, a position held since he led the Management Buy Out from Peko Wallsend in 1986. Mr Little has since led a team that has achieved significant organic and acquisitive growth for the Group, including what has been described as the biggest and toughest hostile takeovers in Australian history, the acquisition of Patrick Corporation. Subsequently, Toll today is the Asian Region's pre-eminent provider of integrated logistics services, ranking within the top 25 of the ASX 150 Listed Companies, and Mr Little remains the largest private shareholder in the Group. Mr. Little is also a Director of Virgin Blue Holdings Limited. |

| Ms Lee Whye Yee joined Toll Asia as its Chief Financial Officer in February 2007, where she is responsible for financial management of the company which has operations in 14 countries across Asia. Ms Lee has 17 years of experience in the finance, including business controls, operational accounting, corporate and legal reporting, tax planning and strategy as well as the setting up and supervision of regional accounting hubs. Prior to joining Toll Asia, Ms Lee was the APAC Logistics Business Controller at Nokia Singapore and Nokia China, where she was stationed for two years in Beijing. Ms Lee has extensive regional experience especially in the logistics and electronics sectors, having worked with MNCs including APL, Hewlett Packard and KPMG Peat Marwick. A member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore, Ms Lee holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Australia. |
